Disclaimer: I'm from Maryland originally and they don't know about good bbq.
The service was upbeat and helpful. They do a great job taking care of their guests. The menu offers a good (and typical) variety of meats. We started with cheesy fries. Unfortunately i was not impressed. Cheese fries are going to be good regardless, but i think they just sprinkled some chili powder on top. Good if you like that in your cheese fries though. I got the motherloder to get the biggest variety. The sliced chicken breast was the best. The shredded chicken was also very good. I didn't like the presentation of the roast beef (diced very small). Also not a huge fan of hot links to start with, and ours was served warm - not hot. The baked beans and mashed potatoes were good for sides. I do, however, find the popularity of white gravy odd here. 🤔 they had 3 sauces for dipping - Carolina, hot, and original. I've never been a fan of vinegar, so the Carolina style was blah for me. The hot sauce simply tasted like a Frank's. The original was good. I would like to see them pick up more sauce options in the future. Prices were acceptable, especially for the portions.
I love the food here. I've tried most items on the menu and come here often. This location is consistently good and high quality, at least in my experience. Great appetizers!
So, went to RibCrib for the first time. The food is surprisingly good and very reasonable price. However, I am not impressed with the attitude of the servers. They need a 180!! I get better service at Chick-Fil-A. I get you are short staff and you do more than just serve food but I cannot dine-in with the hostility some of the servers have. I really never want our waitress again. Her first letter of her name starts with a C. She was impatient and rushing us to order, etc. Another Con of RibCrib is they never have enough of potatoes, ribs, chicken, etc. If you run out of food, order more for next time. I will give them another chance on dine-in but I really do not see much change.
I love this restaurant. They have good food. My favorite is one of the sandwiches which come with your selection of meat. The only downside to my experience is sometimes they do not have my selection of meat but that is ok. The atmosphere off the place is good and they play country music which I love. The queso is certainly very good & unique in its own way. If you are ever in Yukon, like BBQ, enjoy music / country music this is the place for you.
Ordered the sliced brisket sandwich. Not a lot of smoke ring, meat was bland.
I ordered the smoked chicken salad. The salad itself was decent enough, the chicken was dry with only about four small slices of chicken. For the price it should’ve included the whole chicken breast.
Great friendly place to have a nice quite evening. I was super pleased with their service and staff. All of them were super helpful and knowledgeable. Will return to enjoy their fire house sauce and chopped brisket. Checking to see about their catering services for my wedding. All together we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality Hannah! You were super.
Last night I placed a order 20 till close for take out chop brisket. I realize it's the end of the day but that was thee worst example of product. 10 percent good the rest fat and gristle..no problems before..my family eat atleast 1 time per week here.
